The DOXA SUB 300T is a reinterpretation of the 1969 SUB 300T Conquistador. Equipped with the patented unidirectional bezel with diving table and a case rated to a depth of 1,200 meters, it can face any challenge.
Montres DOXA S. A was established in 1889 by Georges Ducommun in the small Swedish town of Le Locle. Over the years, the company began producing exceptional pocket watches that boast a reputation for curating professional Swiss-grade timepieces that stand out from the crowd.
DOXA’s energy and ambition for innovation and constant improvement led them to become the standard equipment in Bugatti’s racing cars in the early 20th century. From this day, the 8-day DOXA calibre was born, setting the industry standard for instrument panels in automobiles, ships and airplanes.
Also, they have long been recognised for their aesthetic designs, which saw the production of some exceptional dress watches in the early 1900s. Towards the second half of the century, the brand had also cemented its position in the sports watch market, with the professional grade SUB dive watch.
In 1969, DOXA launched the SUB 300T Conquistador, the first general public diver’s watch equipped with a new helium release valve. more than 50 years later, the new SUB 300T presented in September 2019 pays tribute to the groundbreaking original.
Today, the collection includes some of the most desirable luxury timepieces available on the market rivalling the likes of Rolex and Omega. With a diverse range of models available for collectors, beginners and professionals alike, the DOXA watch collection remains unrivalled for its professional standard and one-of-a-kind designs.
The symbol to your call of adventure is a DOXA SUB 300T watch. The collection is symbolic of a legend reborn by paying tribute to the brand’s iconic past.
Known for their screaming orange dials, the DOXA SUB became an icon in the timepiece world and a favourite amongst divers, including Jacques-Cousteaux himself. However, the watches are versatile enough to be worn casually and formally too and have cemented a high-ranking place in the watch world.
The DOXA SUB 300T watch range pays homage to the brand’s rich history. The model of watch is a reinterpretation of the 1969 SUB 300T Conquistador, making it an ideal choice for any collectors who value cultural significance just as much as performance, precision and unparalleled craftsmanship.
Key features of DOXA SUB 300T watches include:
The DOXA SUB 300T Sharkhunter is a 3-hand diver’s watch with a classic finish fit for any gentlemen yearning for an irreplaceable wristwatch. The watch combines the aesthetic genes of the SUB 300T Conquistador with the technical refinements that define the high-performance diver’s watch of today.
Constructed from 316L stainless steel of the highest quality, the SUB 300T has a diameter of 42.5mm and a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. Water-resistant to 120 bar, roughly equivalent to a depth of 1,200 metres, the DOXA SUB 300T was the first to feature a unidirectional bezel with a dual scale for depth and dive time to calculate a safe ascent without decompression stops.
The bracelet adopts a beads-of-rice design in 316L stainless steel and features a folding clasp with the iconic DOXA fish symbol. The silver bracelet and jet-black clock face give a timeless and classic feel to the watch to suit any outfit or occasion, but still sports the orange dial to greatly improve readability underwater.
