Oris have been manufacturing watches in the village of Holstein in the Jura Mountains of Switzerland since 1904. The Aquis collection is a relatively new addition to the brand’s catalogue, having been released in 2011.
Although, diving watches are nothing new for the brand, with their first contribution to the field being in 1965. After years of collaboration with free divers, the brand’s expertise in the piece of diving equipment had been developed and perfected, from which the Aquis collection was born.
