There is no event like the Reno Air Races. Since 1964 daredevil pilots have been racing wingtip-to-wingtip over the Nevada dessert, reaching speeds of up to 800 kph. Although the 2020 event may have been cancelled; Oris, the events Official Timepiece and long term partner decided to continue their tradition of creating a limited editon watch in support of the worlds fasted motor sport. This Oris 57th Reno Air Races Limited Edition Mens Watch 01 798 7768 4284 is a grey PVD coated version of the Oris Big Crown ProPilot with second time zone and circular date window functions. A 41mm stainless steel case with black dial features luminous hour and minute hands and a Coin edge pattern on the bezel inspired by a jet engine. Powered by automatic movement and presented on a black textile strap, this timpiece is also water resistant up to 100 metres.
